K.N. Subramani's entrepreneurial journey began in 1982 with nothing but a small manufacturing unit, relentless determination, and a deep commitment to honest craftsmanship. Starting with steel furniture, he built something that would outlast trends — a reputation.

In 1988, the business was formally registered, marking the official birth of what would become the Indira Group of Companies. What began as one man's vision has grown through four decades into a multi-brand enterprise with showrooms across Erode district, a factory-based interiors division, and new ventures reaching customers across India.

Today, that same spirit lives on through his children Inbaraj and Nithya, who continue expanding the legacy while preserving the values that built it.
